Webcomic Recommendation #3

Coming To The Lavender

  By: Laylabelle97

 Audience: Mature

 Genre: LGBTQ+/Monster Romance

Description: Aaron had not planned on becoming a human sacrifice this summer, but that’s exactly what a group of cultists have in mind for him. Fortunately, he is saved by Myfawny, a beautiful, strong, confident woman. Who is also a giant bug. Myfawny and Aaron’s good times are just starting when an evil group known as The Philanthropists, (headed by their nigh immortal general) emerge to spoil everything.

I love myself a good monster romance. This comic has everything, horror, love, fantasy, action. I love the unique world created by Laylabelle97. Myfawny (pronounced like Tiffany) is a great character and I'm curious to see how her relationship with Aaron will develop.

Webcomic Recommendation #1

American Prince (Global Comix) American Prince (Kanme Studios)  By: Team Diamant Comics Audience: Mature Genre: Supernatural/Crime/Drama  Description: Boy meets Ghoul and things get complicated. Human Raleigh is a kindhearted man for hire living in the sleazy glitz of an alternative Las Vegas, he's getting older and aging out of the business . Vampire Malachy is fresh out of prison and breaking free from the old firm in London he joins the ranks of Vampire Gangster Andre 'King Midis' Collins the king of Vegas. Set up to fail, Malachy and Raleigh were meant to be a honey trap, but it becomes a dangerous game of love and murder. This is one of my personal favorites. The story of Raleigh and Mal is gripping and sensual. Diamant builds great relationships and dynamics throughout the story. Not to mention the art is simply outstanding. You can feel the love that is put into every panel. If you're in the mood for a steamy vampire story full of crime, love, and drama look ...

Global Comix vs Webtoon

I've had great success in Global Comix compared to Webtoon. After I finished my comic "Take All You Can" I stopped receiving views on my comic since it doesn't update anymore. Webtoon was where I first started and while I was grateful for the opportunity to share my comics with the world Webtoon itself was just never great to me as a creator. Unless you are featured in their "Hidden Gems" section you were just never going to make it in Webtoon.  I had many issues with Webtoon on top of low visibility, one of my biggest problems was censorship. Their Original Webtoons seemed to get away with a lot of the stuff they said wasn't allow, showing that their rule enforcement was inconsistent at best. I posted "Take All You Can" in US Webtoon without much problem initially, I did my best to follow the rules (at the expense of my story) but soon enough I ran into a problem. When I began translating my comic to Spanish I uploaded the first 6 chapters to ...

Celestis (Global Comix)  By: SparkleArts  Audience: Mature  Genre: Modern Fantasy/Romance  Description: Yana thought she had left her life as a Celestian warrior behind. As her friendship with the Knights of Nosheau grows stronger by the day, so does imposing the threat of the Oashum Empire. Called to face the consequences of her past, her present grows more complex. As for the future - will she follow her destiny, or forge a path of her own? Another favorite. I can't speak highly enough about the art. It's simply gorgeous, particularly the way tattoos are drawn always blows me away. The world building created by SparkleArts is superb. I find myself rooting for Yana and Nes throughout the comic. It's simply a must read if you're into modern fantasy stories.
